10 Tips To Stay Healthy


As we all know our health is precious and very key to our existence, it is very important we take good care of it so as not to lose it untimely. Back in the days our ancestors have their means of taking care of their health but below are the 10 tips to stay healthy.

1. Eat good foods
2. Drink water regularly 
3. Exercise for at least 10mins  a day
4. Stay away from alcohol 
5. Sleep well
6. See a movie or go for picnic 
7. Avoid smoking 
8. Maintain good personal and environmental hygiene.
9. Engage in sporting activities as it helps to keep the body soul and spirit in order
Lastly
10. Think less, work less and stay healthy
